We contracted with Sandy and Jo Ambrogio to sell our previous home. They answered the phone and responded quickly whenever I called, were super easy to talk to and gave intelligent, informed, reasonable information during the course of getting the property ready to list. They knew who to call if I needed a painter or a repairman, and even went over to supervise the work a few times when I couldn't.

We had moved out, and they staged the house for us without any additional cost. They arranged for photographs of the house that were so good that on the first day of the first open house we got an offer that was way above the asking price. He told them that it was the photos on the internet that made him so interested in the property. We got multiple offers that first weekend, which they presented clearly and helped us to understand. Even though they could have pushed us to take one of those offers, they held another open house the next weekend, just in case.

Sandy is very knowledgeable about all the computer, legal, and financial details involved. Jo is incredible at open houses - a real "people" person, and her honesty and spirit shine through. They are an AWESOME team!

This was the first time we had ever sold a home. We had been there for over 20 years, and we were leery of real estate agents, to say the least. My husband works in the financial sector, and so he knows if someone is not exactly "telling like it is" with anything financial. Sandy and Jo changed all that for us. We came to trust them after we saw, over and over again, their ethical decisions and integrity. Their first priority really IS doing what is best for their client, not to close the deal no matter what or to make a quick sale. We never felt any pressure from them.
